Recording: How to Sell a SaaS Company ($1M to $10M ARR)
The recording and slides from today's webinar explaining How to Sell a SaaS Firm, with four M&A advisors as panelists, hosted by Ryan Allis, who previously exited iContact for $169M.
Hi there —
Today we had a members-only webinar on How to Sell a SaaS Company ($1M to $10M ARR).
While live attendance is just for our SaasRise members (apply to join us here), we often send around recordings to our full email list.
So here’s the webinar recording and Google slides from today’s webinar as our gift. We hope it’s helpful!
Thank you to our four excellent panelists today…
Okan Inaltay, Head of SaaS at ComCap
Juan Ignacio García, Managing Director at Boopos
Khaled Azar, Founder at Livmo
Marcin Majewski, Managing Director at Aventis Advisors
In the webinar recording, we cover:
Is now a good time to sell a SaaS company?
How is the market for SaaS M&A deals compared to a year ago?
What is the range of revenue multiples you’re seeing on SaaS deals right now?
How do you prepare your company to sell?
If a firm is ready to conduct a sale process, how should they select an advisor and what should be done to get the best transaction result?
The discussion was crisp, useful, and to the point.
The net out was that 2025 is a great time to sell, that if you have more than $2M in ARR you should reach out to an M&A advisor like the ones above to explore potential valuations and how to best prepare for an exit.
Next Tuesday Jan 21 we’ll be having a webinar focused on How to Exit SaaS Firms with $10M to $100M in ARR. We’ll send that recording around next Tuesday after the webinar.
